Alexander Technique is a leading method for raising body awareness and improving the general use. We learn to recognise undue tensions, to release and prevent them. Healthy posture is not about holding something, but a result of releasing and letting go so it happens on it’s own. The Alexander Technique gives us the right tools to do just this. We centre and ground and become ready to act with more ease and efficacy. Ivan Lukic is a recognised Alexander Technique teacher, he works in his studios in Amsterdam en Nijmegen.
